Visited for the first time, Jonnel and Atlus were very helpful and professional. Very rare to see such great reception and friendliness from the two who helped in addressing my medication and questions. One of the better clinics I have been too as well.

Dr. Ng is an incredibly caring, kind, and professional doctor. He recently attended to my dad and provided exceptional care. He always responds quickly to our enquiries and offers excellent suggestions for treatment. What stands out most is his dedication—he initiated many follow-up chats to ensure everything was going well for my dad. We highly recommend Dr. Ng.

Jonell and Atlas at the reception were superb, not only helpful and very patient in handling my inquiries. Despite I have multiple follow-up questions, they tirelessly answered them one by one. Kudos to Dr. Joanne Huang who is being so genuine and kind throughout the consultation and mini procedure I had. She was so gentle and cheerful, which you would seldom see in most of the GPs nowadays!

I came here for a tetanus jab after accidentally cutting myself with a rusty penknife. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the clinic was open until 9 PM on a Saturday, unlike many neighbourhood clinics. Meyer Family Clinic was also brightly lit, clean, and welcoming. The counter staff, Joenell and Atlas, were warm, friendly, and helpful, while Dr. Huang was reassuring and professional. She administered the vaccine quickly and painlessly. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this clinic. Mad props to the whole team!

Brought my 18-month-old here for HFMD over the weekend and had a really good experience.Called the clinic beforehand and the staff were friendly, patient and reassuring over the phone. When we arrived, everyone was welcoming and helpful, which made things a lot less stressful for us as parents.The doctor was approachable, took time to answer our questions, and explained clearly what to look out for during recovery. Most importantly, he was great with our toddler and managed the consultation well. Really appreciate that the clinic is open on weekends as it's not always easy to find medical care when young children fall sick unexpectedly.Thank you Dr Ng and team for the excellent care.

My second time here and again had a great experience at this clinic. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was very professional. The doctor gave clear advice and was excellent with my baby, which made us feel comfortable and reassured. Highly recommend this clinic and would definitely come again.

First time coming here to bring my elderly mother for medical consultation and treatment. Both front desk staffs were polite and made us feel at ease. Dr Joanne is very professional and patient hence making my mother who was in pain less anxious. The clinic charged reasonable fees for consultation and treatment. Highly recommended.

Been taking my 2.5 years old boy here whenever he’s having a cough and wheezing episode. Before I chanced upon this clinic, other clinics were too conservative even when my toddler was already having bad wheezing and heavy chest heaving. None were able to even relieve some of his discomfort. Just keep dispensing cough syrups that’s useless. The doctors here however knew what actions to take, gave me spacer and inhaler which helped tremendously. Very professional and staffs here are super friendly too! This clinic has really experienced doctors. Highly highly recommended for parents with young kids to come here.
