I came here for a tetanus jab after accidentally cutting myself with a rusty penknife. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the clinic was open until 9 PM on a Saturday, unlike many neighbourhood clinics. Meyer Family Clinic was also brightly lit, clean, and welcoming. The counter staff, Joenell and Atlas, were warm, friendly, and helpful, while Dr. Huang was reassuring and professional. She administered the vaccine quickly and painlessly. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this clinic. Mad props to the whole team!

Brought my 18-month-old here for HFMD over the weekend and had a really good experience.Called the clinic beforehand and the staff were friendly, patient and reassuring over the phone. When we arrived, everyone was welcoming and helpful, which made things a lot less stressful for us as parents.The doctor was approachable, took time to answer our questions, and explained clearly what to look out for during recovery. Most importantly, he was great with our toddler and managed the consultation well. Really appreciate that the clinic is open on weekends as it's not always easy to find medical care when young children fall sick unexpectedly.Thank you Dr Ng and team for the excellent care.

First time coming here to bring my elderly mother for medical consultation and treatment. Both front desk staffs were polite and made us feel at ease. Dr Joanne is very professional and patient hence making my mother who was in pain less anxious. The clinic charged reasonable fees for consultation and treatment. Highly recommended.
